Myrrhbearers

The Myrrhbearers are women of St. Spyridon Orthodox Church committed to building a community of love and bearing one another's burdens through the ministry of intercessory prayer.

We are a ministry team under the Philoptochos Organization of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese.

When We Meet:

We meet as a group the second Saturday of each month.

Besides our monthly meetings, we are committed to praying daily for the requests we receive.

Getting Involved:

Any woman 18 years and older interested in becoming a member of this ministry must first meet with one of the Myrrhbearer leaders to clearly understand the guidelines and commitment of this ministry and then receive a blessing from Fr. Evan.
