During Lent, there are many different activities that we can do to help us with our spiritual life. Prayer, fasting, almsgiving, and attending church services, all aid in our relationship with God. Other resources, such as Lenten books, guide us into a deeper understanding of God and ourselves. These books have been written by those who love God, to support us and help us realize that we're not alone in our spiritual journey through Lent and in our every day lives.
