storybook connections

june 30-july 27

Storybook Connections is an outreach ministry of St. Spyridon Church to the families of those incarcerated at the Larimer County Jail.

St. Spyridon Orthodox Church is partnering with Orthodox Christian Prison Ministry (OCPM) to provide connections between those incarcerated and their children. This is accomplished through volunteers who visit the jail and record the parent reading an age-appropriate book to their child. The recording, along with the book, is then sent to the child, who now has a tangible connection to their parent.

Please join Philoptochos (Friends of the Poor) in supporting this ministry by purchasing any of the books listed and linked below and leaving them in the Breezeway trunk by July 28.

Monetary donations may also be made to the Philoptochos Poor Box in the Breeze way or online and will benefit our St. Spyridon Prison Ministry Administrative Costs.
