Wax removal work day

Join us for our annual Wax Removal Work Day on Saturday May 3rd from 10am to 1pm in the church. Everyone is encouraged to join the altar care ministry to help beautify our church, no experience needed. Lord, sanctify those who love the beauty of your house.

After Holy Week and Pascha the church is pretty messy, with lots of wax on the floors and furniture. In the past we have had a work day on the second Saturday after Pascha, inviting the altar care team and asking the parish to join us on that day. In addition to wax removal, we also, help depending, do a deep clean of the altar area and candle stands around the church.
